发展历程

SGX Sensortech成立于2012年5月，Baird Capital Partners Europe 从 e2v technologies PLC（一家全球化的电子设备公司）收购了这家专业提供检测仪表解决方案的公司。

SGX Sensortech包括e2v以下几项业务。e2v科学仪器，位于英国海威科姆；e2v工业气体传感器，位于英国切姆斯福德；e2v微传感器和MiCS微传感器，位于瑞士纳沙泰尔。

e2v工业气体传感器事业部成立于1960年，并于1961年与国家煤炭理事会合作开发催化燃烧传感器。

MiCS微传感器事业部成立于1990年，从事电化学传感器和金属氧化物半导体传感器的研发和生产。

2016年10月，Amphenol收购了SGX Sensortech。

Worldwide we have several manufacturing sites in Europe and Asia with a combined capability to manufacture over several million sensors per annum. Many of our employees are educated to graduate level with many of our engineers having further post graduate qualifications. The SGX sales organisation supports sales offices in Europe, Asia and is supplemented by a global distributor network.

HISTORY

SGX Sensortech Limited is an Amphenol company, acquired by Amphenol in October 2016.

SGX was originally formed in May 2012 when private equity supported by management acquired the instrumentation solutions business from e2v technologies PLC; a global electronics business.

SGX Sensortech consists of businesses formerly known as:e2v industrial gas sensors; based in Chelmsford, and e2v microsensors and MiCS Microsensors; based in Neuchatel.

SGX Sensortech has continued to invest in solid state product developments in all areas of the business in order to fuel growth and maintain its reputation for technological innovation. Additionally, a road map for international expansion has been put in place along with a market facing structure to scale up the business within its core market sectors.
